It is worst. They will make you wait and then they will ghost you. If you want your confidence to go down then go and apply They will ask you to pay 3 months salary in the joining also they will say they like your candidature and will ask you to negotiate the salary and notice period and once you do that they will say no we go better candidate

The interview process is very smooth.They are only for hire you so if you don't have knowledge of any question then you don't have to feel sorry.If you don't know any answer then you can tell them that I don't have enough knowledge about this question.
