I wouldn't even call this an "interview". The HR personnel called me after I dropped an application through their webpage, just asked for my self introduction. He said he'll call me back for an interview if the hiring managers are okay. Fast forward to the next day, he called back and said that the hiring managers are "worried" because I may not be staying for long term and "they have to pour all resources to train me". What a poor excuse of an institution.
