Interview progress was easy. First I had a phone interview with the district managers assistant and then a face to face with the District Manager. Later that evening I received an offer for employment.

Very simple, very relaxed. Met a lady from HR at a Panera bread. Simple interview questions, how do you handle difficult customers, can you work nights etc. Interviewed the day before Thanksgiving, was called the following Monday with a job offer.
