Submitted my resume and got a call the next day to schedule an on-site interview.
A totally terribly organized company. First, the recruiter scheduled my interview in the afternoon but when I arrived they told me my appointment should be in the morning. When I tried to explain, the staff at reception was rude and showed no patience. I was glad I brought my laptop with me that day so that I could actually shown them the email I received. Only after reviewing the email, the staff was willing to rearrange my interview. However, they are lack of experience and don't know how to deal with international employer situations. One of their staffs was really rude to me, seems like I was any illegal person. This is ridiculous. I ended up with not having any interview that day. After I went back home, I found some government documents and sent them to further explain my situation (I am totally legal). But I only got a call from the recruiter telling me they don't know what to do and they are sorry. This recruiter was polite but still, this company is terrible. Please, be polite to people, know more about the law and don't show off your ignorance.
BTW, while I was waiting, I heard some of the interview questions they asked someone. They asked questions like, how did you know this staffing company? And seems the whole interview lasted no more than 5 minutes. Unprofessional.
