Very easy interview. Very fast.
I recruiter from a third party company hired me, usually TCS, iSense etc.
I had a first interview with another Python developer after that an interview with the Manager and Scrum master, so that they can understand my goals and personality. After that I received an offer.
They will easily pay 80k or more for Python developers, as they are desperate for this type of skill.
