I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at ABM Industries (Duluth, MN) in Aug 2010
Interview
Submitted application online. Got a call from local supervisor after a few weeks or so. Did background check and urine testing. Passed those. Sat down with supervisor and had a very quick rough 'interview' with no real questions about my work ethic or "what would you do this this case..?" questions. I felt like he wasn't hiding the fact he was intent on hiring me as long as I was anything short of insane.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No real questions. "Can you clean?", "Do you have any experience cleaning?" "Are you a kleptomaniac?", "Would you come to work most of the time and not call in with fake excuses?" "How little money will you really accept? Because I'm going to give you pennies!!"

Interview
Went in. got a call a few days after applied. Met with one of the hiring managers. She was very good at asking the right questions. But, I was better at answering them. Overall, the interview went like the norm, behavior questions and then some about my background of the cleaning industry.
