The whole process was a month and a half. It was exhausting.
Beware of their hiring practices because it's your time/effort that goes uncompensated if it doesn't work out. Consisted of mostly technical interviews across an array of topics:
1x Phone screen (Dir. Avionics)
1x Phone screen (Talent Acq.)
1x Phone screen (Avionics FW Manager)
1x Onsite tour (Dir. Avionics)
6x virtual one-on-ones (HW lead, Dir. Avionics, Avionics FW manager, 2 SW/FW engineers, Dir. Engineering), each 30-45 mins
Transparent throughout the process but went radio silent after the final. Only received a response from recruiting until I attempted to follow up w/ multiple people... doubt I would have heard anything otherwise. YMMV
