I was contacted by a third party recruiting center, who interviewed me over the phone. I was then asked to have an in person interview by the District Manager, which also gave me a run down of the company. I was then asked to have a in person interview with the Regional VP. The whole process didn't feel like an interview, as in extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome, but just the opposite.
