My interview consisted of a 1st and 2nd. I met with Fred on my 1st interview for the CSR position of August 2016. Fred was friendly and asked many questions about my previous jobs. After the interview he kept in touch with me via email about how the interview went and what the next steps would be. A few days later Fred called me and let me know I would be interviewing with the owner of the company for my 2nd interview. I have to admit, I was a little nervous at first but the owner, Mitchell was very down to earth and asked a few questions about my job history and what I can provide for ABC Parts. Overall the interview process from start to finish was quick and painless!
