The interview went smoothly. The primary goal was to evaluate the ability to design and implement efficient pipelines, as well as understanding of scalable and maintainable software architecture principles.
There was no mention that the team was specifically looking for a Lead profile.

Interview
Second interview was almost 1 month later. Second and third interview were really smooth. They were very nice people. I’ve received offer but without relocation package which is very normal. After verbal offer, I’ve never received written one. They are still ghosting. It’s been months. Non professional company.
