How good are you at handling customers? Any experience, how do you feel? What interests you about customer service, in particular? Where do you see this role taking you? How did you hear about our company? Is there something specific that stands out to you about the product or team? What's a time you had to give somebody an answer they didn't want to hear?

Pretty easy. Nothing much except the usual. Common sense to look up for details before an interview. Be prim and proper. Well-dress and look presentation. There are sloppy dress codes nowadays which is a NO-NO.
