Being honest , if you're from Latin America (Brazil) be aware: They will describe "nice to have" in job description but the people from India, normally is "By the book" they ask about this "Nice to have" in detail as they learned...they do not consider your experience they value your Theoric Skills and if you are "by the book" per example PMBook, ITIL and others...! And they are very direct do not think they are unrespectfull ...its their culture...! My feeling ...they are not a leader they are Bossing as my experience as interviewed
