Quick phone screening, then had short interview with a supervisor which was more like a conversation about interests and why I wanted to pursue this role. Was relaxed and did not feel like I was being grilled
First step is brief conversation over the phone with case manager.
Second is a 45 minutes long interview with the BCBA Director. Usually, they will have a potential client and would use the interview to check your experience and credentials, but most of all to evaluate if you are a potential ideal fit for the client that need services.
Third step is an interview with parents/guardians/stakeholders holders either in person or remote.
