Applied for a really interesting job in early. Was immediately contacted by HR who loved my credentials. Then came three separate interviews all the way up to a VP and Senior VP. All west well. They contacted all my references. I was told I would hear something by mid September. Then radio silence. I followed up several times. Today -- 14 weeks since first contact-- I was told they were going with an internal candidate.
