Interview
It was the average interview. The basic interview questions were asked and it was very straight forward. There were no tests or quizs involved, just a 1 on 1 meeting with the operations manager.

Interview
There was an initial phone screen with the recruiter. Next was an in person interview that was about an hour and a half long talking with senior repairs specialist. The final interview consisted of talking with senior leaders in the company to evaluate if I would be a good fit at the office.
