AACAP interview questions

Straightforward interview. Also had to do a writing sample on the spot and spoke to the supervisor. Ended up meeting with the team as well because I came from out of town.

Interviewed for this position approximately 5 months ago. Had a phone screen and then invited in to meet with the CEO and some other senior staff, including the head of HR. Interview was pretty standard. I provided some suggestions which the CEO liked and was taking notes. Interview went well. I was VERY qualified for the position. Last thing the someone said to me, "I could work with you. I will be back in touch with you EITHER way within three weeks." That was five months ago and I never heard a word from him. They have been advertising the position regularly since then. Maybe it is one of those organizations that pretend they have an opening just to parade people through to pick their ideas and utilize them?
