You'll receive an email from the company's recruiter to set up an phone interview. During this process, they'll ask basic questions about your background and qualifications, etc. which took about 20 min. They'll let you know that you'll have 2 more interviews if the management is still interested in you. You would receive the outcome via email within a few days.
