It was easy and painless. I interviewed with the two lead estimators in the Cincinnati office, as well as the owner of the company, and we talked about my experiences in school, in different organizations, previous work experience, etc. so they could get a feel for if I would be a good fit. They also gave me much information on the company so I was able to know what I was getting into if I accepted a job and I left having learned a lot and feeling really good.
