Interview
I applied online and then about 2 1/2 weeks later, I received an e-mail from a "talent acquisition manager" to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was pretty simple, about 7-8 questions about me and then an explanation of the company/the position, after which I was given the opportunity to ask questions.

Interview
Basic sent a resume setup a phone interview was pretty basic. Its interesting to see how low the pay is. They claim to be wanting to attract top talent but then want that talent to take 30k/year. Even once promoted its still only 50k with SOME making six figures but not the norm. Im not a retail guy but they do no marketing in my area arent really competitive in pricing when i compared to major competitors, and just an overall bad feeling about the direction theyre headed in. After reading the employee reviews on here im not shocked about turnover and under preforming markets it all seems to line up for something that isnt setup for success. Glad I walked away...

Interview
Interviewed by 3 people in one day. The first person to interview me was the hiring manager. She focused her questions on organization. The second person was her manager. He focused his questions on what I had been doing for the 10 months I was unemployed and how I was keeping on top of HR Current Events. The third person was the CEO. He focused his time on explaining about the company and where he wanted to take it.
