I applied online. I interviewed at A-Train Marketing (Fort Collins, CO) in May 2017
Interview
Started with a phone interview from a 3rd party consultant. The consultant had his dog on the phone, sounded very distracted, and asked very standard interview questions that you would get from an online resource. After the phone interview, I waited a few weeks to hear back, having heard nothing, I emailed the consultant and got a very curt reply that I was still in the running, hooray. After about a month, I finally got an email from the actual company, someone who actually worked for A-Train, with the title of Director of Operations. I replied letting them know that after the significant amount of time I had waited, I had received multiple other job offers and would not be moving forward with their offer for an in person interview, with no guarantee for the position.
The process is ridiculously long, with little to no response back. If you have another job currently and have all the time in the world, go for it, but don't hold your breath for this one.

Question 1
Describe something that sets you apart from others.
I apologize for the long timeline for this hire. We realize we may have missed out on some very strong talent because of it. We have discussed this with our consultant to help ensure that our hiring process is quicker and more efficient moving forward.
