The initial phone interview with the Dean was cordial and concise--no more than 10 min. in length! Topics included my resume, the job description, learning management systems (LMS), salary, and employment benefits. She clarified a few points about their specific department and asked if I had questions at the end. An in-person interview with the other two faculty members on the committee was tentatively scheduled the following week (spring break).
