A.P.C. interview questions

Positive and simple interview, wasn’t stressful at all. It was more of a friendly discussion. Work environment seemed nice, the manager explained all the details about the position as well.

I had initial correspondence over email and then I was invited for a first stage interview via googlemeets with recruiter. Went over the questions they asked in the application stage. It asked for my salary expectations in the application. During the interview I was asked again and told that for the store they had the position my salary expectation was too high. They wanted a store manager in central london for around £28k. I was told they could consider me for the flagship and then never heard back from them. Not even feedback. Also the interviewer was in a stockroom with people in an out which was inappropriate not to mention their office was not far away.
