After submitting my application, the Development Director invited me to the company's offices for an onsite interview (no phone pre-screening). The actual interview was about 30 minutes to 45 minutes long, and this was with two employees of the company: the Development Director and the Marketing and Development Coordinator. Both took turns asking questions. They also laid out the rest of the interview process, which would involve at least one more in-person panel interview before a final decision. Afterward, I was shown around the premises, which included the theatre venue itself.
