I applied online. I interviewed at A-LIGN (Tampa, FL) in May 2026
Interview
The first 4 interviews were solid. I was even sent a pdf download of who I was meeting with and what they were looking for in the role. I was very impressed. Being that this was for a director level role, I knew it would be a longer process with a lot of interviews. Like many of us , we are interviewing with other companies at the same time. I was told it would take one to two weeks after my fourth interview. I reached out after the 2nd week because I had one other offer already that I had to give an answer too, and was told it would take another week. I've heard nothing after the 4 interview 3 weeks ago. A simple 10 second reply of we didn't hire you would have helped out alot. so, after a great start , A'Lign "wet the bed" in my opinion. Put the Human back in your resources cuz ya lost it .
Very fluid and clear interview process. Questions less pertaining to technical knowledge and more pertaining to thought processes and general skills. Interviewers were friendly and ready to answer questions & concerns.

Question 1
Tell us about how your previous employment experience puts you in a position to succeed in this role.
Interview process was very drawn out with 5 interviews with people who were not even on your team. They seemed to have no reason for you meeting with 3 director level people for an entry level position. I would avoid applying for company they just were acquired and have no idea how their new hiring process looks like. Also don’t be fooled when meeting managers almost all internal managers at this company don’t manage a single person and instead are teams of 1 which is very unusually and a big red flag
