Very unprofessional. I interviewed with an executive at the company and I was embarrassed for him because he wasn't making any sense when I simply asked about strategy and long term goals. He also kept me for over an hour and a half, whereas I feel these interviews should take no longer than 40 minutes. We had to meet at a local cafe, I'm not sure why? Maybe because he didn't want me to see the office? I've heard negative things about the office space myself.
