Screening call, followed by two in-person interviews. Screening call is shorter, around thirty minutes. The are very clear about the hiring process from the get go, which is very helpful.

What do you expect to be the most challenging part of this role?
Behavioral interview, additionally was asked to perform a post-interview task, which was to write a brief on one of the organization's board members. The interview itself felt relaxed and I appreciated their willingness to make it more conversational as opposed to highly structured.

Interview
Phone interview followed by video call with two managers. Both managers were friendly and cared a lot about the mission. There was a short "case" portion of the interview, around 10 minutes. Did not reach third and final round of interviews.
