Fun and easy. Must be upbeat and motivating. Sales is also a very large part of the job. No Star questions involved. Just personal one on one with the owner who is really cool and down to earth.

Thorough questioning, and then a breakdown of how the gym works and the responsibilities of a trainer. Thereafter there was a "trial shift" - which I feel is a great way to assess the 'fit' and likelihood of success and satisfaction for both employer and interviewee

Straight Forward, had to exercise during my interview, tour around the installation, and came in with joggers, running shoes, and compression shirt. No need to dress casual/formal because you will be doing workouts.
