Interesting process, company is very focused on fit and compatibility. You will get a psychological test as part of the application submission.
Was then contacted by a recruiter, for an interview which went well. That was followed by another psychological test, this one focused on you and the job.
Overall experience as very positive and the recruiter was very communicative. The interview questions were not hard however there was a LOT of opportunity to screw up your answers.
For those who have not taken psych tests, just be yourself and answer them honestly. Do not try to answer them the way you think they want them answered because you'll fail.
