I had experience with 84 Lumber when I interviewed with the manager. Interview was pretty laid back, the manager ask me several question about my experience with the company from my previous employment.

The interview process was fairly casual. The manager ended up taking me out to lunch and we discussed the position and if it was the right fit for me. 84 Lumber is big on promoting from within the company. Typically you start out as a management trainee and then move up from there.

It was not necessarily the question it was a very bizarre personality test that focused on theft, honesty and use of illegals drugs. Not that I do any of these.....but who would be crazy enough to admit it!
