Interview
First Interview consisted of a phone interview with an HR Representative who was in Dallas.
This was followed up by a brief in person interview with an HR Representive in Lombard, with an IQ/Intelligence Test following immediately.
A few weeks after that, there was a 1:1 interview with a Market Manager in Schaumburg.
Shortly after that, a job offer followed.
During the training phase, the pay rate was set at an hourly rate.
I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at 7-Eleven (Calimesa, CA)
Interview
Three interviews, first one from a recruiter and two from market managers of different markets. For field consultant position, an employee must work as a manager of a company store for a year to gain experience
2 phone and 1 in person. Phone interviews lasted an hour. In person an hour as well. Process wasn’t difficult compared to other companies. Dress business for the interview. Each in person is regionalized

I was called for an Over the phone interview. during this time I was Asked basic SMART guided questions. Afterwards I was Asked for a salary base recommendation- based on what I made prior and what I would want. They Followed up with another interview
