Interview
Phase One is a 45-60 minute interview with the Regional Development Director out of Dallas. The RDD spends 10 minutes describing the role, growth opportunities, competition, staff, and deal process. Candidate then has an opportunity to review his resume with RDD. Then a question an answer period.
