The interview process is highly unpredictable. They keep on scheduling and cancelling interviews that makes it difficult to accommodate in the prospects daily work schedules.
Moreover it was a really unprofessional approach that i faced , they give positive feedback on each call and in the end they tell you that it wont work out. Total waste of time for both the interviewer and the interviewee
Weirdest, most unpersonable interview experience I've ever had (followed by a templated email rejection, which I'm frankly not disappointed about). It felt very transactional with awkward long pauses after every questions.
