The interview process consists of three rounds:
Introductory Round with Product Lead: Initial screening to assess your qualifications, experience, and interest in the role. The Product Lead introduces the company and evaluates your product knowledge.
Take home Assignment
Round 2 with Director of Product: In-depth discussion of your assignment first, product management skills, strategic thinking, and leadership potential. You'll likely tackle complex product scenarios and learn about the company's product vision.
HR Culture + Salary Negotiation: Focus on cultural fit, company values, and work environment. This round includes salary negotiations, discussing your expectations, and the company's offer. You'll also learn about benefits and next steps in the hiring process.
