I would be wary of interviewing for this company, I believe they use interviews as free policy research. I applied and had three screening calls, two of which had to be rescheduled last minute on their end. They were disjointed and repetitive and one was extremely unprofessional (interviewer used expletives, etc). They said I was a finalist and I was invited to do a work process exam that involved extensive research, analysis, and policy recommendations that required that I take a full day off of my current job. After submitting the work process exam, they never got back to me or returned my calls or emails. I genuinely feel that I was used for free research and analysis. Overall the process was very disjointed and unprofessional.
