Brief phone interview with a HR staff for about 15-20 mins and an in-person interview with the manager of the team for about an hour. Not sure if there's another step after the team manager.
Straight forward, 2 people interviewed me with standard questions. But they never bothered to check my visa status, gave me a job offer and recisneded it when they realized I am on student visa, terrible overlook on their part, wasted my month.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell us your journey. How do you manage projects, time organization, etc.
I applied online. The process took 3+ months. I interviewed at 4LEAF (Sacramento, CA) in Jun 2016
Interview
I applied online in response to an ad they posted. I was interviewed in their office by two people in the office. There were almost no questions about my qualifications. I could tell they did not read my resume.
As the interview progressed, it became clear they did not have the position open. They photographed me without my permission. Driving several hours is a waste of time. I can only imagine how they treat their clients.
The firm was very unprofessional when I followed up. They told me they had no work. I was told to get out of my profession. The ad was placed just to see what is out there. This was a complete waste of my time.
I also met their recruiter at a conference who kept telling me they could not find people. When I showed their recruiter a copy of the text message on my phone about the phone interview, their recruiter became rude and told me to keep quiet.
This appears to be a very unethical firm to me.
