I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at 3t Systems (Greenwood Village, Arapahoe, CO) in Mar 2013
Interview
The interview process was thorough. They have you meet with a few different managers and peers to be and they all have questions and take notes. They also have you take a sort of IQ test. It seems like they do a good job of selecting candidates and are interested in making sure they get the right person, not just a body to fill a desk.

Interview
3 stage Interview process which included an initial thought process screening. The second stage was what they claimed was a technical interview. For the final interview stage they claimed it was a "group/team" interview which consisted of team members trying to recreate the technical interview.

I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at 3t Systems (El Centro, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
El Centro Regional Medical Center CEO Tomas Virgen announced in February that the IT department was being outsourced to 3t Systems. The 3t Systems CEO and CIO came in with their sales pitch to let us know how great their company did financially and how this transition was going to help ECRMC and 3t Systems grow. The CEO said there would be an informal interview to find out personally more about us and to answer any questions we may have. During the interview I sat across from Mike McWilliams and was candid with him.
