The case study focused on evaluating a technical communication challenge faced by a client in the software industry, with an emphasis on user experience, clarity of documentation, and process improvement.
I was required to:
Conduct independent research on the client's industry and competitors.
Identify potential documentation pain points and propose structured solutions.
Develop a concise report and presentation outlining my recommendations, supported by data and best practices in technical communication.
