Interview
I heard about 3ap through a friend who works there (referral). We then got in touch and had an informal first interview, which was mainly to get to know each other and to find out if it might be a fit. After that we followed up with a second interview with other employees of 3ap. I really felt that it's important to 3ap to find a match for the companies culture (hire for attitude style), which I really liked. As a last step I was able to meet some other team members in an informal remote call, and after that it came to an offer which I accepted. The process was very fast and uncomplicated, which is something you don't see too often in recruitment processes unfortunately.

Question 1
I was asked to talk about my previous experience, and also why I want to change jobs, and to those answers there were some specific follow-up questions.

Interview
We got in touch through a recommendation. After a short personal conversation, it was decided on both sides that we would like to go through the recruitment process. For this I had to solve a task on GitHub at home and I could choose between Java or Angular. After I submitted the task for feedback, I was invited to a technical interview. After the technical interview, there was another appointment where I could already meet different people from the company. After that it came to the offer and the signing of the contract.

It was more of a conversation. We talked about old projects and spontaneous questions arose, such as which database type would be used for which use cases.

Interview
They asked me to implement a small Java application for parsing data from a csv and extrapolate interesting information.
The given data were information about Swiss cantons, zip codes and municipalities.
