Standard process with multiple rounds: phone call with HR, Zoom with traders, take-home coding challenge, Zoom with QRs, followed by an on-site. People were very professional with an academic mindset.

First stage was online assessment. There were total 8 problems, 5 basic stat/prob questions and 3 coding problems (1 in C++, 1 in python, and 1 in any language you want). I didn't get any message after that.
