Completed the application form online and was invited to do online aptitude tests for numerical and verbal reasoning. This was followed by an invitation for a phone interview (approximately 30 minutes long) with aHR Recruiter for 3M. The interview questions were standard, just wanted to find out more about your situation and why you were interested in 3M. I was successful in this step and asked to travel over to London to complete an assessment centre. This was a full day long. I met with around 12 other candidates and had to complete group exercises and do a poster presentation. We also had to re-do our aptitude tests. The final step in the process was another assessment centre. This was located in the production facility that the successful candidate would be spending the most time in. This was another full day, it included another group exercise with 4 other candidates, site tour, a behavioural interview and a technical interview.
