Round 1 was a SparkHire video interview, recording answers to questions. Round 2 was a Zoom interview with four people, three of which were active participants. A deliverable prompt was given beforehand and delivered during the interview with three of the panelists participating. Before the Zoom interview, there was also a Predictive Index Behavioral assessment. Round 3 was a Zoom interview with four leadership administrators.
