Interview
I had an interview for my internship 3 years ago. I went to Southern for event management. I did a summer intenship here and now i have been here every since. My interview was quick just going over my goals and expectations. Got filled in on what they did there. Had a couple hour in which I shadowed two girls an an event to see what it consisted of and the clients they work with.

Interview
I wish I checked here first!!! They are not looking for anything but sales regardless of what they say. It's a very easy first interview. The point of it is to reel you into the second interview where someone who is supposedly making a good amount of money brings you in on the fact that it isn't customer service, but solely a commission based sales position where you hustle assurance wireless phones. I was trapped when I took a ride from another employee or I would have left way before my whole day was ruined. It's just a MLM scam at the end of the day. Oh yeah, they say business professional is required for the second interview but definitely don't go out and spend money because you won't see that again. You're doing well if you're making $80 a day.

Interview
The process itself was smooth, but uncomfortable because nothing was as advertised. The interviewer was super nice but as she went on and described the job it became more apparent that this was a marketing pyramid scheme.

Question 1
Do you have experience in a customer service role?
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at 37 Ways (New Haven, CT)
Interview
One on one interview, rather a monologue or sales pitch. Waste of time and a lot of double talking will only give vague answers. Dressed well, spoke with very poor grammar.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
An advertised job as $60,000/year and if that's enough. Asked if I could lead a team, etc., didn't ask much about me.
