Firstly, I had a telephone interview with the Marketing Executive and Operations Director where we had an initial conversation. Once I passed this stage, they invited me into the office for my second interview. The interview itself was comfortable, as nervous as I was, due to the friendly nature of them both. Alongside standard interview questions, they held conversations with me after my answers and explored about who I was as a person on top of what skills I had. The interview also included competency-based questions. Following passing both interviews, I had a phone call with the CEO as he likes to meet new staff the company brings on board.
