3 Step Collections interview questions

Kind of an effort, I had to go to their office a couple of times even after a phone interview. There are multiple steps to the process. The interviews questions were unique and interesting they seem to want to get a good feel of who they are hiring. At one point there was an exercise where I had to call the interviewer and roll play a test call over the phone from a script.
