Interview
I was asked when I could work and the other questions focused on character rather than work ethic. I took this interview quite some time ago, and was interviewed by the boss. Now there is a manager in place, and he is a bit more deep with his interview process. He does a more high level kind of interview, with harder questions and more questions that don't necessarily have black and white answers.
