Was descriptive on what the job is, professionals and a group interview then had final assesment Sophie the recruitment manager at the time screened me then invited me for a group interview.. first day was a group interview then once I passed I was invited to come in for the final assesment
A day of a group of people in a room doing the cliche stuff of standing up and saying something about themselves, yada yada yada, etc etc. Then you do rolepaly sales over the phone.
