Received email from HR for a schedule initial interview. Grace advised me that if the hiring manager would like to proceed with the next step I would hear from her within that week. Week after, I received an email for an interview with Randy (Regional Supervisor). 3rd week, I had an in-person interview with Rishi (CMO). 5th week, we have our property tour.

Your background is Affordable Housing, what changes now and you wanted to apply in Market Rate?
For now the Pod is 431 units and as the company grows, eventually you will be give more units to handle. Do you think you can manage that?
