They have an automated system for the first interview. The questions were to gauge a person's technical knowledge. The second and third were to see how well a person would with the team and see what kind of soft skills you bring to the table. Overall it was a great experience.

I talked to them at a university career fair. After that, there was a phone call where we talked about my skills and what I'd be able to work on at 2600Hz. Finally, they sent me a coding challenge that I needed to complete in about 2 weeks.
