They look through online applications pretty regularly. I was contacted within a week for an interview and the interview itself was pretty basic. I was mostly asked questions pertaining to my work history and availability, etc.

I answered an online form for the sales position. I received an email that they had added me to their network, so I felt like I had a pretty good chance... but no reply for the next 4 months. I applied again, and still no reply! I feel very disappointed

Interview
The interview was very pleasant. The manager had done his home work and was extremely familiar with my resume. This made communication easy. IN addition, it provided for a less distracting interview process.
