If you are offered an interview, the least you can expect is that the phone interview will happen. If a person in management or HR doesn't call you or email you even though you have an interview time and day, in my opinion, look elsewhere.

Good. Interview was nice & understanding. Started with a phone check to see what kind of person I am & then asked for an in person meeting at the designated location that I wanted to work at.
